This role is a back-end support to financial consultants.
Work location: Hybrid or Newton (depending on allocation during interview)
Working hours: Flexible (Catered to your schedule – average 52 hours per month)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting sales team to provide sales support for their own pool of clients & schedule appointments.
- Assist to generate new sales leads.
- Learning from various departments to understand the nature of business.
- Maintaining an updated client database & generating detailed weekly reports for review by senior management.
- Submission of business & reimbursement policy forms with great efficiency.
- Writing an essay report on current financial trends (if required).
Requirements:
- MUST be able to commit for minimally 1 month, convertible to full-time permanent role!
- MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: local diploma
