The Job
- Executing of Prestige Partners (PP) Strategies and Activities
- Promoting PP branding
- Assist in executing PP branding activities
- Assist in arranging vendor to assist in Branding/Videos
- Assist in Managing Social Media Platforms
- Building PP Ecosystem
- Perform due diligence on corporate partner
- Perform and manage corporate partner’s follow up activities
- Monitoring of partnership’s activities and ensure referral fees are pay accordingly
- Consolidate data and upload in edge for Tableau
- Perform annual review on corporate partnership
- Arranging PP Events & Satellite Events
- Assist in arranging vendors for the event
- Coordinate with Vendors for the event
- Assist in the logistics of event
- Assist in the Event
- Performing PP Administrative works
- Assist to provide namecard/staff pass for the PP
- Executing PP Sales Challenges
- Assist in ranking PP for the Challenge
- Assist in promoting Challenge/Campaign
- Arrange the prizes/benefits for the challenge
- Enhance the proposition of Integrated Wealth Solutions (IWS)
- Promoting various solutions by improving the presentation kits such as pitch book, improve awareness of solutions via social media.
- Arranging continuous training on IWS
- Provide regular reports/ presentation on progress of key initiatives and strategies of the Strategic Management Department.
- Perform other roles as instructed by HOD in the administration of department matters (i.e. minutes taking and annual report contribution)
- Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
- Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
- Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
- Degree in a relevant discipline
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office application
- Ability to multi-task
- Analytical and meticulous
- Self-motivated and possess initiative
- Strong communication skills with the ability to be able to work with stakeholders at different levels
