- Review customer quality requirements and generate/support internal quality standards using APQP tools ( eg. PFD, Control Plan.)
- Conduct Built in Quality workshop and track improvements until closure working with cross functional teams
- Drive new program quality issues (POR, PCR, FTQ…) for improvement
- Lead Material Review Board meeting on deviations and drive actions to resolve the non-conforming case.
- Achieve Production Part Approval from customer and support Start of Production.
- Effectively respond to customer returns using six sigma problem solving tools and 8D
- Manage lessons learnt for each new program and look across
- Drive compliance to the Quality Operating System during product launch
- Degree in Electronics/Mechanical/Compute Engineering/Physics/Material Science.
- Knowledge in APQP process and standards (TS16949, PPAP, FMEA, Quality Plan.)
- Good interpersonal, leadership, analytical and communication skills.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in Quality / Product launch
