- Assists in handle and resolve all customer queries effectively and promptly.
- Delegate calls to respective technician.
- Escalating service support issue when required, and follow up on problematic calls.
- Review, verify and updating of completed jobs such as technical and general service (GS) etc.
- Preparation of supporting documents for credit and debit note.
- Uploading of meter reading and generation of Meter Reading Report.
- Any other adhoc duties assigned.
- 6 months renewable contract
- West area (Shuttle service provided)
- Monday – Friday, 8.45 am – 5.30 pm
- Up to $3300
- Candidate must possess at least Secondary School, "N" Level or higher.
- 2 to 3 years of customer service experience in call center.
- Proficient in MS office applications, especially Excel formula & pivot table.
- Candidate with experience in SAP System is preferred.
- Customer centric mentality, comfortable handling customers’ calls and emails.
- Good project management skills with strong communication skills.
- Excellent skills in time management to be able to meet deadlines and pressure and to perform multiple tasks concurrently.
