Accounts Responsibilities
• Handling full spectrum of Accounts Payable (AP)
• Perform weekly and monthly closing P&L reports
• Perform stock checks of warehouse & van every month end
• Prepare and Balance Monthly GST G5 report
• General administrative/other ad-hoc duties.
HR Responsibilities
• Maintain records and compile reports such as attendance, leave and overtime etc.
• Prepare employment contracts and HR letters
• Assist in shortlisting, recruiting and arranging of interviews during the recruitment process
• Liaise with insurance companies regarding company and staff insurance matters
• Handle MOM work pass related matters
• Register and update employee's training courses and training grants
Requirements
• Meticulous and ability to Multi-task
• Independent and good team player
• Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
• Good communication skills in English
