You will be tasked with growing the business through the acquisition of small to mid-sized commercial cleaning contracts, such as those for office buildings, and medium-sized commercial properties. Your role will involve building relationships with key decision-makers and closing new business opportunities in the industry.

This position requires someone with experience in business development, closing sales, and a strong network of contacts.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales:

  • Identify and pursue opportunities for small and mid-sized commercial projects and properties.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including building managers, facility management teams, and school administrators.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle for small to mid-sized commercial cleaning contracts, from lead generation to contract signing.
  • Leverage your network within the industry to generate leads and secure new business.

Tender & Contract Management:

  • Prepare, submit, and manage tender bids for small and medium-sized commercial projects.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients to close deals, ensuring client expectations and company goals are aligned.

Strategic Sales Execution:

  • Work closely with management to develop sales strategies aimed at growing the company’s market share in the small to mid-sized commercial sector.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics and remain competitive.
  • Participate in networking events and meetings to expand the company’s presence in the market.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and additional project opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Performance & Reporting:

  • Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the management team.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline activity through weekly/monthly sales reports.

Requirements:

  • Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Effectively bilingual.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and take full ownership of the sales pipeline.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and target-oriented with a proactive attitude.
