Job Description & Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide admin and operation support in training, material preparations, and other logistics purposes.
  • Assist in training, marketing, and execution of both physical and virtual training events (e.g., webinars, talks and workshops)
  • Manage the training calendar to ensure all training programmes are running smoothly and timely.
  • Coordination of all course registrations and enrolments.
  • Assist in managing trainers, clients, and end-users feedback, inquiries, and correspondence.
  • Provide support in answering incoming calls, appointment bookings, and administrative support whenever needed at night or on weekends.
  • Work closely with finance on payment and fee collection matters.
  • Provide ad hoc admin and operation support for human resources.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.

Requirements:

  • Polytechnic Diploma holder and above.
  • At least 3 years in a similar role and experience in a charity is advantageous.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused.
  • A good team player.
  • Proficient in IT-related troubleshooting, and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Able to multi-task and be flexible to cover front-desk duties.
