Operations Executive

Responsibility:
· Assist in delivery arrangements and carry heavy loads.
· Set up, decorate, and prepare catering areas according to specific directions and layout plans established by the manager/customer.
· Build and maintain good working relationship with clients and serve the food with a positive and courteous demeanour.
· Clean and sanitise all equipment, utensils, dining ware, linens, serving ware, and work areas.
· Restock clean equipment, utensils, and equipment to proper storage areas noting any damages and items to be replaced.
· Organise and prepare clean equipment, utensils, and equipment for catering events.
· Understand and comply with mandatory hygiene standards and requirements.
· Coordinate with sales personnel on customer issue during delivery.
· To collect cash and check from customer upon delivery for COD order.
· Any other duties and tasks in the area assigned by the manager or supervisor.
Requirements:
· Basic knowledge of F&B will be advantageous
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Able to read and write simple English
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Flexibility, punctuality, teamwork and Cleanliness
· Ready to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
· Passionate, strong organizational skills and a positive attitude
