Management Support
- Provide daily administrative support for Directors.
- Maintains diary and calendars for Directors. Plan, organize, and manage appointments, meeting schedules and travel plans.
- Consolidate monthly/weekly reports for Directors' review
- Expenses and claims for Directors.
- Recommends creative ways to improve existing methods that increase administrative efficiencies; identifies ways to translate others’ ideas into solutions and procedures
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Office Administration
- Manage HR records for staff.
- Handle all office matters relating to telephone, faxes, mail and daily courier.
- Review the office equipment contract such as photocopier, fax machine and courier services, etc.
- Order of pantry and stationery items as well as to maintain the stock.
- Handle the company’s corporate, staff gift and hampers.
- Undertake any ad-hoc projects related to the office admin.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of secretarial/administrative support experience for senior management
- Proficient in MS Office suite
