Key Responsibilities:
Review payable invoices for accuracy, match them to purchase orders, and communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies.
Code invoices correctly for general ledger entry and assist in preparing financial reports and forecasts.
Monitor and record expenditures on project activities and reconcile accounts by investigating posting errors.
Manage customer data, process remittances, verify deposits, and maintain accounts receivable for foreign subsidiaries.
Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding account status and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare credit memos, generate scheduled and special reports, and participate in unit-related projects.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Degree in Accountancy or equivalent from a recognized university.
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in the commercial sector.
Proficient in Corporate Tax, Financial Reporting Standards, and Tax Laws.
Experience with project costing, accounts consolidation, and SAP (mandatory).
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
