ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Chef de Partie
Checking/monitoring daily preparation of the outlet
Knowledge of product and menu.
Assist in stock ordering and controlling
Checking of quality of produces delivered by suppliers
Manage the cleanliness, hygiene of workstation.
Be responsible for the maintaining the food quality standard as set out by Outlet Chef.
Restaurant Supervisor
Responsible for overseeing the daily restaurant activities and operations.
Managing restaurant staff's work schedules.
Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all supplies are adequately stocked.
Manage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly.
Service Crew
Strives to provide excellent quality service to all guests.
Takes guest orders and serves without unnecessary delay.
Be familiar with and have good knowledge of the Outlet’s Menu
Maintains par stocks of beverages and guest supplies.
Clears and resets counters or tables.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 1 year of relevant experience in the F&B service field.
Min. secondary school education with 'O' level passes
Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period would be preferred.
Possess Food safety and hygiene certificate
Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
