Job Description
Support across 2 locations, both the warehouse and retail store’s day-to-day operation activities such as inspect incoming orders, counting, price tagging and put away goods, for in-bound goods, while maintaining accurate records of inventory.
Support preparation of outbound orders by picking and packing
Ensure stock are organized and stored properly
Assist in doing replenishment of stocks at the retail store
Conduct ad hoc inventory check and stock cycle count
Optimize and utilize storage space for new and current stocks
Coordinate the deliveries from offsite storage to the stores – booking with the local partners.
Responsible for following the inventory processes and outlined with the retail management and finance team
Maintaining the warehouse and retail storage space tidiness and cleanliness
Assist in hardware dismantling when required, following guidelines
Practice and engage safe work procedures
Requirements
Minimum ‘O’ levels with 2 years’ experience in warehouse-related job
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays, on a rotational basis.
Have good written and verbal communication skills
Physically fit and able to carry loads up to 20kg
Ability to work alone and/or in a team, multi-task and hands-on
Attention to detail and accuracy to maintain accurate records
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for warehouse operations will be an advantage
