  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description





Manage & process transactions/queries/dispute relating to erroneous funds transfer (recall/return of funds)
Ensure request are attended to on timely manner and closed within the defined turnaround time
Respond to internal & external queries timely and efficiently
Adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal SOP
Administrative work such as archival, retrieval of document, filing, updating of tracker etc
