Job Description:
Perform helpdesk support, network security and system administration.
Proactive monitoring and maintenance of all IT services and network infrastructure.
Maintain and support all IT hardware and software matters.
Provide first level support for our DMS system, training will be provided.
Coordinate, manage and execute any IT related projects.
Maintain good IT documentation.
Undertake any ad-hoc tasks assigned by IT Manager.
Job Requirement:
Diploma/Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of related working experience.
Analytical skills in resolving problems.
Able to multi-task and work independently.
able to work half day on 1 Saturdays per month
