Job Description
Individual to be involved in:
1. Assess and understand the security requirements of clients to recommend suitable security and safety equipment solutions.
2. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of security devices, such as electronic security systems.
3. Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, including negotiating terms and pricing to meet sales targets.
4. Handle administrative tasks such as processing orders, preparing sales contracts, and maintaining accurate customer records.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any post-sale inquiries or issues.
6. Keep up-to-date with the latest security products, technologies, and industry trends to effectively advise customers and remain competitive in the market.
Job Requirements
1. In-depth understanding of security and safety equipment, including electronic security devices, to effectively demonstrate and recommend solutions to clients.
2. Proficiency in sales techniques and negotiation, with the ability to close deals and achieve sales targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.
3. Ability to understand and explain the technical specifications and functionalities of various security devices to clients with varying levels of technical knowledge.
4. Strong skills in managing client relationships, including communication, follow-up, and addressing client needs to build long-term partnerships.
5. Competence in handling order processing, documentation, and maintaining accurate customer records to ensure smooth sales operations.
6. Knowledge of current industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to stay competitive and provide relevant advice to customers.
