  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketer at IRMA-Insights in Singapore. The Telemarketer will be responsible for tasks related to insurance acquisition, renewal, retention, customer care, and back-office activities. The role involves engaging with customers over the phone to promote insurance services and enhance customer relationships.

Qualifications
  • Interpersonal Skills, Communication, Sales Driven.
  • BCP, PGI Certified is a must. Possesed HI, ComGi will be added advantage.
  • Sales in General Insurance (PA, HI)
  • Experience in telemarketing or sales role
  • Knowledge of insurance products and services
  • Fluency in English and additional languages is a plus
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
