Role Responsibilities:

  • End to End recruitment, from job description writing to successful candidate on-boarding
  • Developing research strategies, and source active and passive candidates from recruiting channels, not limited to online databases, job boards, events, and employee referrals
  • Advising hiring managers and staffing management on market trends and relevant candidates, participating in interviews process and delivery in time manner
  • Building recruiting marketing strategies and initiatives includes: building high-quality content, events, programs to attract top tier candidates
  • Develop or use existing tracking systems, metrics and reports to demonstrate the successful lead generation of candidates throughout the different stages and make data-driven decisions to optimize hiring processes
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with a proven track record of end of end recruitment delivery, experience in high volume hiring a plus.
  • 3+ years experience in the F&B, or FMCG related industry is required, understanding of food and beverage market trends, competitor landscape, and recruitment challenges within the industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese is required to communicate with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and candidate data.
