About the Role:

We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Admin Executive to join our dynamic HR team. The successful candidate will support the administration of employee compensation, benefits, and various HR processes. 1. Compliance and Policy:

  • Support HR in ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.
  • Help with preparing and maintaining compliance documentation and records.

2. Training and Development:

  • Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops.
  • Maintain training records and track employee development.

3. Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Help manage and resolve minor employee issues or complaints.

4. Administrative Tasks:

  • Handle general office duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for HR meetings and reviews.

5. General HR Support:

  • Provide support for various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Collaborate with other HR team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Assist in ad-hoc HR projects and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • A diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in compensation and benefits administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with strong numerical and analytical abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • A team player who is eager to learn and can adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
