What The Role Is

You ensure consistent, prompt and quality resolution of complex public queries relating to pre-enlistment through tailored support or proactive engagement.

What You Will Be Working On

You also assist to analyse and highlight trends or emerging issues for Subject Matter Experts’ awareness and learning, and monitor continuous improvements in unit operations and customer relations. Your challenge lies in being consistent and objective when dealing with cases, and providing quality service delivery while adhering to mandatory National Service policies.

What We Are Looking For

You must have a Diploma or its equivalent certificate in any discipline, preferably with prior experience in case management or customer service. Possession of strong interpersonal skills and the ability to exercise flexibility in working and communication styles is necessary. Prior experience in management of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system’s data for analysis and preparation of reports will be advantageous. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
