Key Responsibilities
- Work pass application & renewal
- Medical arrangement for foreign employees
- Provide general administrative & operational support
- Maintain employee data listing
- Submit relevant bills to account department
- Flight arrangement & booking
- In-charge of staff Uniform, such as Issue and order uniform / safety shoes
- Courses arrangement
- Check and update monthly roster, time attendance and leave records for Operations
Requirements
- Diploma in HR/ Business Administration or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Employment Act and MOM regulations to advantage.
- Self-motivated, meticulous, initiative, and possess positive attitude.
- Willing to learn and keep abreast of HR developments.
- Possess good writing & communication skills with ability to multi-task
- Proficient in MS Office
- Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
