What the role is:You oversee all aspects of Human Resources (HR) administration and documentation for the Command.What you will be working on:On this, you manage NSF matters as well as the administration of awards, In-camp Training (ICT), and the preparation of documents and reports for HR audits. You also establish processes and systems to support accurate and effective monitoring of Regimentation & Discipline (R&D) cases,. Your challenge lies in being conversant and keeping abreast of relevant HR directives, policies and initiatives and continuously explore means to improve the work processes so as to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the branch.What we are looking for:You must have a Diploma with prior experience in HR administration. You must have good interpersonal skills to work with a wide range of stakeholders for HR excellence. You should also possess good observation, analytical and data processing skills.
