  • Report directly to the Assistant Office Manager as part of the administrative team.
  • Oversee daily administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
  • Manage and process payments for administrative invoices and track property management expenses.
  • Serve as the point of contact for tenants and contractors for facility and property management matters.
  • Maintain and update records of maintenance contracts.
  • Assist in planning and organizing company activities, team-building events, and corporate functions.
  • Handle the procurement of office and pantry supplies.
  • Source, review, and manage company transportation leasing agreements.
  • Administer corporate mobile phone plans and billings.
  • Arrange utilities and internet/cable services for management as needed.
  • Assist with travel arrangements for corporate staff.
  • Provide support when the Receptionist is unavailable.
  • Participate in all property-related projects.
  • Take minutes during key meetings as required.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the Office Manager.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Business Administration or relevant experience.
  • At least 1-2 years of related experience.
  • Strong communication and writing skills for engaging with stakeholders and external parties.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail.
