Responsibilities
- Develop and grow the customer base, focusing on securing new business opportunities within Singapore's F&B industry, including hotels, restaurants, cafes, and food production companies.
- Oversee and take full ownership of the client accounts assigned to you, ensuring effective relationship management and service delivery.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure smooth execution of the entire customer journey, from solution development and order placement to fulfillment and invoicing.
- Partner closely with the Commercial and Marketing teams to coordinate and implement product launches, promotional campaigns, and other initiatives tailored to your client portfolio.
- Stay updated on market trends and the competitive environment, providing actionable insights to adapt to the changing landscape.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, ideally within a related sector, or candidates with strong connections in the F&B industry who are eager to transition into a sales role.
- Diploma in Business Management or an equivalent qualification.Passion for the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of foodservice industry players and dynamics.
- Highly self-driven and motivated, with a proactive mindset and a "can-do" attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
