We are offering a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and customer-oriented individual. You will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Follow up with property agents regarding their queries, ensuring all issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Manage and organize documentation related to property transactions and agent communications.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and quality in service delivery.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service processes and workflows.
  • Utilize strong writing skills to draft clear and concise communications, both in English and Chinese (Cantonese).
  • Pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all documentation and correspondence.
  • Foster positive relationships with offices in China and Hong Kong, promoting effective communication and understanding.

Candidate requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to providing exceptional support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).
  • Proven ability to follow SOPs and maintain high standards in service delivery.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
