  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and developing project opportunities for the Company. This role includes sourcing clients, building client relationships, structuring transactions,

identifying and securing project rights. It involves addressing the client’s needs during the project development stage including project design and performance and coordinating with technical and account departments on project execution.

The Business Development Manager’s responsibilities include:

• Source and identify project leads, primarily in Singapore and potentially for South East Asia region

• Manage, review and coordinate project quotations, bids and tender submission for the Company

• Coordinate with design team and project management team for initial design and project schedules

• Prepare PV system performance and financial analysis from building owner & developer perspective

• Participate with business development in opening new opportunities in niche markets – locate and analyse project opportunities for the Company to grow

This position reports directly to the Head of Project Development.

Requirements:

For experienced managers, minimum requirements:

• Equivalent experience or Diploma/bachelor degree in Science, Engineering, Business Administration

• Experience with sales acquisition, project development, tender preparation, project costing

• Experience in project financing and evaluating project returns incl. ROI and IRR analysis

• Network of contacts with commercial/industrial property owners

For new graduates, minimum requirements:

• Diploma/bachelor degree in Science, Engineering, Business Administration

• Willingness to learn - interest in developing projects and closing sales contracts

In addition to the above minimum listed requirements, candidates who have the following skills and capabilities may receive greater consideration during the evaluation process:

• Able to speak more than 1 language (Bahasa Melayu / Bahasa Indonesia / Thai / Mandarin)

• Possess a valid driver’s licence for Singapore
