  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

A presgitious group that is renowned for their excellence in operations and service is seeking a General Manager for their growing training academy. This is a sizable and stable group, with a significant pool of blue-chip clients, and a strong advocate for employee's lifelong learning. They are today seeking a leader to expand on their existing business while seizing greenfield opportunities.

Individuals with revenue-only responsibilities (i.e. senior Business Development leaders) are welcomed to apply - to grow into a GM capacity.

Responsibilities

Reporting to an executive member of the group, you spearhead the P&L and strategic business direction of the CET. As a business leader, you will lead teams to ensure the creation, promotion and success of providing the best-in-class courses for the industry. This is a lean team which include sales, marketing, programme designers and operations.

Requirements

You have at least 12 years' work experience, with the maturity to lead, along with an intuitive business sense. Individuals must have experience within the Continuous Education Training (CET) sector, Accredited Training Organisation (ATO), Adult Learning, Professional Development, or Continuous Learning, or an Academy from one of the Universities.
