Assistant Restaurant Manager

- Reports to the Directors
- Responsible for the Opening and/or Closing of the Restaurant
- Oversee the restaurant operations, restaurant premises standards, staffing arrangement, and staff service standards.
- Maximize profitability by strengthening revenue and carrying out cost control as a secondary priority. e.g. Profit & Loss projection, Monthly marketing plan, Revenue strategics
- Maintaining safety and food quality standards
- Interacting with guests to get feedback on product quality and service levels
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality or equivalent
- At least 3 years relevant experience in the Food and Beverage environment
- Customer oriented personnel
- Must be a team player
- Prior management experience will be advantageous
- Must be able to converse in English
- Pet lover, especially dogs
Working Hours:
The Company's operating hours are Tuesday to Sunday, from 9am to 12am. It is a 6 day work week.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
