As the Enterprise Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and revenue streams by establishing and nurturing relationships with key enterprise clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base among enterprise-level clients in the F&B industry.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Understand the specific challenges and needs of enterprise clients in the F&B sector and propose tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure client needs are met and to identify opportunities for sales growth.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and new opportunities within the F&B industry.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and demos to potential and existing clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close agreements to maximize profits while meeting the clients' needs.
  • Provide timely and detailed reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive insights.

Requirements:

  • 4 - 7 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience in the F&B / hospitality industry and have an existing strong network of decision makers or core influencers in the industry
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at the executive level.
  • Exceptional networking capabilities with a demonstrated ability to cultivate and leverage professional relationships for business development.
