Headquartered in Singapore, The Silver Bullion Group believes that Singapore is the ideal jurisdiction for bullion storage because in addition to its stability, independence, neutrality and defence capabilities, its economic sustainability is greatly dependent on international investor confidence in its institutions and legislation. This implies that private property, including bullion, will be fully protected in the event of nationalizations or confiscations.

Set to complete in 2024, The Reserve is a secure vaulting facility that enables clients worldwide to acquire and store their physical assets, providing a safe haven for future generations against geopolitical, civil, and financial crises. It is built around a massive central vault that surges 32 meters in height. The central vault can hold 320,000,000 ounces of precious metals, representing over 30% of global annual silver production, while 15 UL rated Class II gold vaults allow for strategic amounts of gold storage. Some vaults also feature nitrogen fire control systems, which ensure optimal conditions for safeguarding precious assets such as art, jewellery, and watches.

The Reserve is looking for a group Digital Media Executive to support the growing needs of the new facility and Silver Bullion Group. This Position will report to the Head of Business Development.

Responsibilities

  • Produce, update and maintain all Corporate Marketing Assets, such as Product Guides, Brochures, Corporate documents (proposal, quotes, etc), Group Reports, Conference materials and other requested collaterals
  • Maintain and execute brand guidelines
  • Manage third-party use of brand assets, such as giving approval of logo use and keeping track of third-party usage
  • Produce other in-house collaterals ad hoc, such as event collaterals, business cards, excess card, etc
  • Work with IT team to update and maintain group websites where applicable

Social Media

  • Draft, plan and execute social media posts across all platforms
  • Maintain and execute content schedule
  • Monitor and report content performance across all platforms
  • Assist with asset creation where applicable
  • Seek collaboration where applicable
  • Work with internal teams to gather information for content creation, eg. Retail Team, BD Team, etc

Required skills and qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Good copywriting skills and eager to improve
  • Proficiency with Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite and other widely used design tools
  • Strong project management, multitasking and time management skills
  • Efficient working style paired with an eye-for details and aesthetics
  • Strong understanding of corporate tone, audience and sensitive and adaptive to social media trends, platform changes, algorithm changes
  • Strong data analytics and reporting skills

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing or Communications
  • Proficiency with Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite and other widely used design tools
  • Proactive approach to task management and problem solving
  • Certified in Google Analytics and/or other analytics reporting platforms
