Job Description

The selected candidate will be involved in the production of in-house humanoid robots for sale, offering after-sales maintenance support, and assisting with various ad-hoc tasks.

Additionally, based on your skill set and interests, you’ll have the chance to explore a wide range of career opportunities, including Operations, Robotics Software, Multimedia Design, and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assembling robots, including mechanical and electronic components, based on provided designs.
  • Developing and interpreting electronics schematics and mechanical drawings.
  • Wiring and integrating electronic systems for robots and related devices.
  • Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues in robotic systems.
  • Conducting tests and diagnostics to ensure proper functionality of robotic components.
  • Maintaining and improving the assembly process to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborating with the engineering team to optimize designs for assembly and performance.
  • Documenting findings and providing regular updates to the engineering team.
  • Assisting with inventory management and ensuring all tools and materials are available for assembly.
  • Participating in the recruitment and training of junior engineers or apprentices.
  • Attending relevant workshops and conferences to stay updated on advancements in robotics and mechatronics.
  • Carrying out ad-hoc duties, such as on-site maintenance and system checks.

Requirements

  • Diploma or BSc in mechatronics engineering, electronics, mechanical engineering, or a similar field.
  • Strong knowledge of electronics schematics, wiring, and mechanical systems.
  • Practical experience in robot assembly and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and creative thinking skills.
  • Passionate about robotics and engineering with a hands-on approach to tasks.
