What The Role Is
You are responsible for shaping the future of Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF)’s workforce from a Human Resource (HR) perspective, developing policies, and refining processes that drive sustainable growth and progress through effective HR strategies.
What You Will Be Working On
On this, you formulate and review HR policies to address workforce needs. You also collaborate with stakeholders to implement and evaluate HR policies and process initiatives. In addition, you refine HR manpower processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Your challenge lies in keeping abreast of emerging HR developments and best practices and having the ability to translate data into actionable policy recommendations. You will need to be open to transformations in HR policy and process design. In communicating policy intent, you will need to demonstrate empathy when handling difficult conversations.
What We Are Looking For
You must have a tertiary education. Having 2-3 years' experience in HR management is preferred but not mandatory. You should be adaptable and enjoy policy writing. Possession of excellent communication and stakeholder management skills is essential. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
