About the Role
Join us in launching an exciting new brand! As a Sales Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to build and lead your own sales team from the ground up. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative sales strategies, driving overall sales performance, and ensuring the success of our new initiative.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop annual sales and delivery plans for the sales team
- Cascade sales objectives through to the sales team and define targets
- Lead, supervise, and monitor the sales performance of individual sales personnel, taking corrective measures as needed
- Measure staff performance levels according to retail sales excellence and company policy standards
- Coordinate with and support the Marketing Communications team in marketing activities, such as road shows, campaigns, and events
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics
- Proven capability to analyze, develop, and execute intricate strategic projects and departmental strategies to meet business objectives
- Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver tools and training programs across various retail/business disciplines to large, diverse audiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
