What The Role Is

You will be responsible for the career planning of personnel in the Digital and intelligence Service (DIS) as well as the facilitation of other career management matters.

What You Will Be Working On

On this, you work closely with human resource officers of DIS units as well as with other career managers. Your challenge lies in managing the various stakeholders so as to balance the different requirements. You need to keep up with the best practices in the industry so as to ensure that the training and course requirements of the personnel can meet the operational requirements.

What We Are Looking For

You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably with prior experience as a HR practitioner or in relevant fields. You should possess at least 2 years' experience with strong analytical, problem solving, presentation and communication skills. You must be self-driven, resourceful and results oriented. You must also demonstrate the ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality, and be confident in engaging stakeholders at all levels. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
