Impact & contribution
We are looking for a talented Systems Engineer who has prior experience of working in the Governance side with an understanding of the API Management and its Lifecycle. You are responsible for automating the deployment process and maintenance of platforms that enables successful API management. Your role encompasses the oversight, standard-setting, and enforcement of API guidelines and policies across the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee and govern the API platforms in terms of successful adoption and seamless onboarding experience.
Effectively communicate in governance forums, managing conflicts, issues, and changes
Ensure that the API Lifecycle Management is automated via standard set of process and procedures.
Effectively build, influence and proactively manage stakeholder (internal and external) relationships.
Leverage appropriate techniques to lead the translation of requirements into specification such as API reusability, achieving gold standards etc.,
Collaborate between business, strategy, and technology partners to drive technology change and strategic solutions that achieve necessary business outcomes.
Identify and implement solutions to automate project delivery issues and risks, strategies and escalate where necessary.
Convert / document business needs and functional designs using knowledge of system capabilities, rules, and architecture with standard analysis methodologies and tools.
Effectively prioritise work and deliverables according to specified timeframes
Evaluate the effectiveness of tools & templates, processes, and methodologies, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Enables, motivates, directs and continuously engages in a committed, empowered, and high-performing team.
Essential Skills:
12+ Years of Experience
A consulting mind set & communication approach.
An ability to deal with ambiguity and drive stakeholders towards defining a solution.
Financial Services Industry Experience
Experience working on technology enabled projects.
Engineering Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Engineering in Computer Science/Information Technology
