  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Duties

  • Coach and guide gymnasts with comprehensive warm ups, stretching and apply right corrections following the BPA methodology.
  • Support and assist the Senior / Head Coach for all levels during training process.
  • Work closely with Senior / Head Coach to monitor, assess and provide feedback on gymnast progression.
  • Inspire and motivate young gymnast to nurture their interest and love for RG.
  • Contribute and participate in the preparation of gymnasts for events, competitions and productions.
  • Assist in the creation of RG choreography for individual and/or group routines.
  • Ensure the safety of the gymnasts by following the Academy policies and health and safety procedures.
  • Engage in continuous training and upgrade to ensure compliance with SG Gymnastic Standard and BPA’s RG coach requirements.
  • Maintain positive relationships and a solution-based approach with staff, gymnasts, and parents.

Requirements:

Education

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in sports science, physical education, sports or sports teaching equivalent. (Educational background in Rhythmic Gymnastics would be a distinct advantage)

Skills & Experience

  • Fresh graduates in Sports Science are welcome.
  • Prior coaching experience in RG will be preferred
  • Ability to use age-appropriate approach to motivate and train gymnasts.
  • Passion for coaching, inspiring & developing young gymnasts
  • Good communucation and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable and Flexible
