Manage Recruitment Processes - posting of job availability, liaise with agents etc

Process all Work Pass application, MOM-related surveys, Prepare Letters, and Handle HR related tasks

Prepare payroll and handle payroll matters

Onboarding & Off-Boarding

Manage staff Training activities

Perform any adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Min 1 year relevant experience

Min N Level or equivlent qualification

Prior experience with Timesoft Payroll software advantageous

Working Hours

Mon-Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Sat : 8.30am to 12.30pm
