About Us: SYR Trading is a fruit company with a strong presence in both physical outlets and online platforms in the fruits and durian industry. SYR Trading is the no.1 Durian Shop on TikTok Shop, known for delivering exceptional durian products and enhancing customer experiences through innovative digital initiatives.

Intern Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing our ecommerce platforms, including product listings, inventory updates, and order processing, and day to day operations.
  • Manage and optimize our presence on online e-commerce platforms.
  • Support customer service efforts by responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities monthly to identify growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to livestream operations, both behind the scenes and on-camera, ensuring smooth execution of live events.

Key Learning Opportunities:

  • Gain practical experience in ecommerce operations, including platform management and online merchandising.
  • Develop skills in digital marketing strategies, including social media campaigns and email marketing.
  • Gain experience with exposure to livestream marketing and top-tier livestreams

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in Poly or Uni, with a relevant degree or diploma program (Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or related fields). Fresh graduates are welcomed.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive Individual
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (e.g., TikTok, Shopee, Shopify) is a plus.

· Ok to work in non-conditioned environments (well-ventilated).

· Able to commit 2 months
