Workweek: 5.5 Days
Mondays to Fridays: 0900 to 1800 Hrs
Saturdays: 0900 to 1300 Hrs
Drive Manual Vans only.
Duties:
1. Carrying out delivery routes as given and planned by in-charge.
2. Ensuring all deliveries are carried out to location requested at the time located.
3. Co-operating with sales personals to ensure smooth delivery of materials at required dates and timings.
4. Relating to in-charge everyday which delivery was not made and providing reasons should deliveries fail.
5. Ensuring that all loaded goods onto delivery vehicle is as per delivery order provided.
6. Carrying out collection of materials from both Customers and or Suppliers as instructed.
7. Collecting Cheques from customers and hanging them over to the relevant sales’ personals to identify all collections.
8. Reporting all delivery orders to admin personals after each delivery schedule.
9. Attending to all exchanges by collecting and relating situations to sales’ personal in charge.
10. Handing all attended deliveries to admin personals.
11. Ensuring that all parking is in-line with LTA regulations.
12. Detailing all difficulties to admin personals or sales representatives.
13. Reporting all faults, summons and regularized activities to admin personals.
14. Relate to Sales’ representatives and or admin staff about permits required for entry for deliveries.
15. Carry out checks on Vehicles to ensure smooth working orders.
16. Carry out the packing of goods, ensuring that packed items on delivery order is same as materials packed.
17. Packed goods to be in secured and orderly manner.
18. Ensure that all materials sent out are in good and sturdy order before delivery.
19. Ensure that materials delivered and or collected are in good order.
