Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain production machinery to ensure efficient and safe operations
Prepare and handle materials required for production processes
Safety and ISO14001 Environmental Accountability: Ensure a safe, healthy, and environmentally friendly workplace by adhering to company policies, rules, and procedures & active involvement in prevention, elimination of potential safety hazards and participation in activities which promotes recycling, replacement and reduction of resource materials
Safety & Health Accountability: Encourage the observance of all safety programs and training assigned to you & ensure that work tasks carried out are in accordance with the company’s safety guidelines and SOPs
Comply with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) rules and procedures
Apply SOP and/or SWI in daily operations to ensure consistency and efficiency
Carry heavy equipment of up to 25kg as required during operation
Requirement:
Minimum Nitec or higher in any engineering discipline
Internship or prior experience in manufacturing is preferred
In a production environment, this role involves heavy load lifting. Candidates must be comfortable with physically demanding tasks and demonstrate a strong commitment to workplace safety
