Job Description:
Handles inbound call from members of public
Provide satisfactory explanation to customer and take remedial action where necessary
Provide pro-active feedback to the customer to ensure that the committed ETA is respected
Alert superior of recurring service failures so that corrective actions may be taken to avoid future problems
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in contact centre environment and/or service-related industry
Possess O level/Higher NITEC
Able to converse in dialects is a plus but not mandatory
Able to commit to 1 year contract
Able to handle multiple hotlines
Working Hours:
AM: 815AM-6PM 830AM-6PM
Alternate Saturdays 830AM-1PM
Location: Short walking distance from Ubi MRT Station
