The Role
• Provide a positive customer experience with friendly, and courteous service
• Perform opening and closing duties for Checkout Department, and be accountable for daily cash balances
• Operate the Checkout and Self-Checkout counters effectively and efficiently
• Responsible for the upkeep of Checkout area
• Serve customers in festive ordering booths
• Accurately take and document customer orders
• Efficiently select, prepare, and pack orders with utmost quality and accuracy, if required
• Assist customers with order collection for a smooth pickup experience
• Maintain high standard of hygiene and cleanliness of front and back of the store
• Any other duties as assigned
About You
• Able to work on a rotating shift, including weekends & public holidays
• Able to commit from Now - 3 Jan 2025
• Must have prior experience in being a cashier
• Good team player
• Customer Service and process oriented
• Committed and willing to learn
• Able to carry/lift heavy goods
