As we expand our digital presence, we're looking for a proactive, customer-focused Online Sales Coordinator to enhance our online operations and support sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Sales Support:
o Assist the sales team by managing customer inquiries, processing daily orders, and ensuring timely follow-up with customers.
o Collaborate with internal departments to fulfil customer requirements and resolve issues efficiently.
• Online Coordination:
o Oversee/allocate the online orders between CK and outlets, based on order specifications and availability
o Ensure each order is correctly labelled with customized labelling which include the order number, outlet and product information
o Coordinate closely with the respective outlets and logistics, to ensure timely delivery to customers
• Customer Service:
o Respond to online customer inquiries professionally and promptly to maintain high satisfaction rates via email and calls.
o Address issues and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve complaints and enhance the customer experience.
• Administrative Support:
o Assist in preparing sales reports, ensure timely submission of delivery orders/invoices to the Acct Dept for payment processing.
o Support the coordination of promotional campaigns and marketing activities, online and offline.
o Maintain and consolidate all DO and invoices for record keeping.
Requirement
• Experience in Sales & Admin is preferred but not necessary.
• Proficiency with Office, Xero, and Chrome.
• Great communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team
