  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job scope

Attend to cases escalated from the respective camp site lead.

Require travelling to the respective camp to provide technical support if cannot be resolved remotely.

•Perform Asset Management of Infrastructure and Computing Devices

• Provide computer support services (Troubleshooting, patching, configuration, testing and maintenance) for any supported software and hardware.

• Work with 3rd parties' vendors

• Provide Training, Coaching and orienting users on how to use computer devices.

• Be responsible for completing assigned tasks on time and to the satisfaction of the users.

• Must be able to handle helpdesk duties.
Requirements:

• Candidate must possess Diploma in IT

• 1-2 years’ good experience in similar capacity Technical Skills and experience supporting Computing Devices

• Computing Devices Platform Supported: Windows, IOS and Android • Professional competencies that include

Working Time: office Hours (Mon-Friday)
