Job Description:
- Position: Admin Assistant (Warehouse)
- Well Established US Manufacturing MNC
- Working hours: Monday – Friday (8.00am to 5.15pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): $1,800 - $2,500 (basic salary) + AWS
- Working Location: Tuas
- Company transport & lunch provided
- Duration: Permanent
- Industry: Manufacturing
Main Responsibilities:
- Administrative duties involving warehouse coordination activities.
- Co-ordination with suppliers and freight forwarders for PO delivery & container schedule.
- Ensures proper documentation not limiting to classification, sorting, filing and archiving.
- Perform data entry work to ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of information is capture in the system.
- Ensure daily warehouse operation reports are submitted accurately and timely.
- Handle inquiries from departments, suppliers, customers, colleagues and management etc.
- Responsible for effective administrative/clerical function in the warehouse office.
- Assist in loading and unloading of goods.
- Other ad hoc duties as per assigned.
Requirements:
- Experience in a warehouse or administrative role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
