Sales Consultant

Salary / Compensation:

Basic Salary: SGD3,000 – SGD3,800 + 3-5% commission based on project revenue

• Sales commission are based on revenue (NOT profit - NOT your typical ID pay structure)
• Work Hours: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday
• 10-14 days annual leave
• Annual leave, Medical leave, Hospitalization leave, child-care leave, birthday leave
• Company medical GP card + Company group term insurance

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handling of all sales inquiries

• Verified and good quality leads provided by company

• Meet up, discuss and communicate with potential clients to understand their project requirements, budget constrains and ideas

• Preparation of sales quotation and following up with client

• Basic space planning & design conceptualization

• Building good rapport and providing excellent customer service to both existing and potential clients

• Recommending appropriate solutions, services and ideas based on clients needs, budget and requests

Requirements:

• Must have previous experience in interior renovation sales with proven experience in handover of residential renovation projects (condo/hdb/landed)

• Minimum 2-3 years experience preferred

• Candidates with O level, NITEC, Diploma, is preferred

• Knowledge in AutoCAD, Sketchup or Photoshop are preferred

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure

• Willing to go the extra mile

• Independent, energetic and presentable

• Flexible hours available
• 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role

• Expected start date for role: 01 December 2024
• Expected salary: $2,500 - $6,000 per month
