Responsibilities:

1) Call to remind customers of over-due accounts on behalf of clients

2) Arrange payment and follow-up on over-due accounts

3) Perform administrative duties, enquiries, accounts monitoring

4) Update and maintain the credit collection system

5) Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

6) 2 Rotating Shifts : Mondays to Thursdays from 9.00am to 7.00pm and 10.00am to 8.00pm.

On Fridays, it will be from 9.00am to 6.00pm.

Requirements:

  • Candidate should possess a Diploma / ‘A’ / 'O’/ Nitec
  • Good spoken English
  • Good communication skills
  • Possess initiative, resourcefulness and perseverance
  • Self-driven and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player who is also able to work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,100.00 - $3,000.00 per month
