How a day in the life of a Client Services Executive looks like:

  • Assist the project team in implementing events/projects on-site

Qualities of a Client Services Executive we are looking for:

  • Degree / Local diploma in Hospitality / Tourism Management / Business or equivalent
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in account servicing preferred
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internships or coursework are welcome to apply.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Word / Excel / Project
  • Ability to handle client complaints and challenges with a positive approach.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and industry changes.

Pay: $2,700.00 - $4,300.00 per month
