Reporting to the Centre Manager on administration matters, this is a dedicated internal and external client service role. This job involves paperwork documentation and filing, engagement with parents, interactions with the children and working co-operatively with all team members.
Job Responsibilites
1) Administrative Support: Collect fees and prepare various forms (enrolment, incident reports, parental consent)
2) Student Fetching: Coordinate and ensure students gets picked up promptly at designated pick-up points
3) Ordering and Record-Keeping: Order food, merchandise, stationeries, and other materials
4) Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including attendance, incident reports, and inventory.
5) Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and well-being of students within the centre
6) Safeguard equipment and important documents
7) Coordinate general repairs and maintenance
8) Handle all calls and walk-in inquiries.
9) Assist in organizing and coordinating student affairs activities (e.g., orientation programs, workshops, social events)
10) Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform other administrative or operational tasks as assigned, such as assisting with staff training or handling parent inquiries.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
