Job Responsibilities
Lead Generation
- Identify target segment by industry and curate potential leads leveraging company membership database, past digital outreach programmes, and future events.
Digital Consultation and Solution Scoping
- Conduct digital diagnosis assessment to comprehensively evaluate to understand current state, challenges, pain points of businesses and uncover opportunities for improvement through adoption of digital solutions.
- Develop and recommend digital solutions to address and optimise current operational challenges.
- Provide advice on emerging technologies and industry best practices, ensuring that businesses remain competitive, resilient and innovative.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with business leaders, project teams, and IT staff to ensure that technology initiatives meet the specific needs of all stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication across stakeholders, including business units and vendors, to ensure that technology initiatives and expected deliverables are aligned with the strategic objectives and operation goals of businesses.
Vendor Management
- Source, assess, build, cultivate, and manage strong relationships with third-party consultants and technology vendors.
- Ensure competency, consistency and diligence of these third-party consultants and vendors are sufficient to perform required tasks and achieve expected project deliverables.
- Facilitate and collaborate with consultants and vendors to ensure the best suited technology solution is derived and any identified issues, challenges with solution development, and deployment concerns are sufficiently addressed and mitigated.
Project and Risk Management & Compliance
- Act on behalf of client as project manager when needed for project oversight, including but not limited to requirement gathering, planning, solution design, and project-go-live stage, to ensure project deliverables are fully met.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with technology initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technology consulting, account management, IT solution architecting or project management role with a strong focus in stakeholder engagement and vendor management.
- Proven track record of delivering technology solutions that drive business value and efficiency.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in managing vendor relationships and contracts, including negotiation and performance monitoring.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a strategic mindset.
- Familiarity with cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture.
- Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CISSP, or equivalent is an added advantage.
