Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Junior Business Executive to join our growing team. As a Junior Business Executive, you will play a key role in supporting our business development efforts, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. This entry-level position is perfect for fresh graduates or those with limited professional experience, eager to develop their skills and take on new challenges in the business world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients through research and outreach.
- Support senior executives in the development and execution of business strategies.
- Prepare presentations and proposals for clients based on their needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of goals and strategies.
- Assist in managing client accounts and building strong, long-term relationships.
- Help track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Collect and analyze data to identify industry trends and potential areas for business improvement.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communications with clients and internal teams.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including preparing reports and maintaining records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic understanding of business operations and strategy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Prior experience in business development, marketing, or sales (internships or part-time roles) is a plus but not required.
